How do you ensure my plants arrive safely?

We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to lock the pot in place and protect the foliage. During winter months, we include complimentary heat packs to ensure your tropical plants stay warm during transit.

What is your return policy for live plants?

We offer a 30-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 30 days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

When will my order be shipped?

To minimize time spent in transit, we typically ship orders on Mondays and Tuesdays. This prevents plants from sitting in shipping warehouses over the weekend. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our greenhouse.

Do the plants come with pots?

All plants are shipped in their plastic nursery pots to ensure root stability. Decorative ceramic or terracotta pots are available for purchase separately in our 'Planters' collection.
